You need one cup of flour, two cups of milk, one egg and vanilla sugar. Put the egg and the milk into the cruisinart and start it. Then add slowly the flour and 3-4 tablespoons of vanilla sugar. After mixing everything in the cruisinar, put half of the batter into a hot pan with some extra virgin olive oil (very important). With a cap on the pan, the pancake needs 4-6minutes on each side at middle heat. You can serve it without any extra, or with some marmelade (I prefer strawberrys).
The pancakes have to be very thin with this batter. If you want to have thicker ones, use only one cup of milk and put the hole batter in the pan.
